Buds oblong, slightly pointed, white-pink; open slowly. Flowers pink-red, paling toward the base of the petals; reverse white with pink streaks, edged with a crimson border; diameter when open 9 cm; borne in clusters of 3–4, numerous; double, about 45 petals; buttoned center; strong fragrance. Foliage dark green, semi-glossy. Prickles moderate, narrow, bent downward. Shrubs upright, 100 cm high and 70 cm wide. Flowering abundant, prolonged, repeat; from June to frost. Shows winter hardiness and resistance to fungal diseases. For group and single plantings.
