More information

Flowers are pale pink with purple shades; at the start of bloom the shape often suggests a heart. Petals are dense with toothed edges. Fragrant. Flowering is repeat and very abundant. Leaves are large, glossy, green.

Valentine Heart is a fairly tall, bushy floribunda with dark green, shiny foliage. A Dixon family trait is noted: in Ireland’s rainy climate, roses show a classic bud with comparatively few petals. Petals are thick and hold their colour and shape for an extended period. Flowers are delicate pink, medium-sized, and strongly scented. Demonstrates disease resistance.

Colour is pale carnation with a hint of lilac. Petals have a jagged edge, and the bloom often resembles a heart shape. Fragrant and shows healthy growth.
