Old Garden Rose, hybrid spinosissima (scots) "Tove Jansson", Finland, introduced by Matti Kangaspunta, Peter Joy, Pirkko Kahila in 1991, Usually is crimson in color, flat bloom shape, single count petal count, blooms 5 - 6 cm in size, has 3-5 buds per stem, once rebloom, has light fragrance, the bush shape can be arching, 120 - 150 cm in height, suitable for USDA zone 3 from -40°C and above, moderate resistance to rain, moderate resistance to black spot, moderate resistance to mildew.

Finnish Pimpinellifolia hybrid, bred by crossing Red Nelly with Poppius. Flowers 5–6 cm in diameter, borne in clusters of 7–9, not swollen. Colour: piercing red. The shrub is large, does not require shelter, can grow almost on bare sand, and with minimal care shows vigorous development.
