More information
Although bred for industrial cutting, Tineke performs in gardens in hot climates and dry weather. The flowers are large and densely double, with neat, rounded buds that open over several days. The blooms are creamy white, with pure white outer petals and a lemon tinge in the center. They appear singly on very long shoots (60–80 cm) and last in water for about a week. The flowers are susceptible to rain damage, but under favorable conditions the variety grows quickly and produces increasing numbers of blooms. The foliage is large, dark, and disease-resistant, and the bush is strongly growing and upright.
