More information
This rose belongs to the group of English antique rose hybrids, with a trace of the Leander group in its lineage. This is reflected in its fairly glossy foliage. The cultivar bears deep yellow flowers. The blooms display a ring of neatly folded outer petals that frame inner petals arranged more loosely. The shrub is low and naturally rounded, making it suitable for the front of flower beds. The fragrance is pronounced: initially strong lemon notes, becoming sweeter and more intense as the bloom ages.
