‘Susan Hampshire’ is a light pink Hybrid Tea rose with fuchsia to magenta shading. Flowers are very large, globular, full with about 40 petals, and have a moderate fragrance. Average bloom diameter is about 14 cm. It flowers repeatedly in flushes throughout the season. The plant has an upright growth habit with matte foliage, reaching about 75–85 cm in height and about 60 cm in width. It is suitable for USDA zone 7b and warmer and requires protection from spring freezes. The rose was bred by Francesco Giacomo Paolino in France in 1972 and introduced in Australia by Ross Roses in 1975 as ‘Susan Hampshire’.
