Sevastopol'skaja Geroinja is a Hybrid Tea rose bred by Vera Nikolaevna Klimenko in the former USSR in 1959. The flowers are vivid scarlet-red with a dark, velvety tone, large, double (terry), high-centered, and usually borne singly. The plant forms vigorous, spreading shrubs. The foliage is dark green and glossy. The rose flowers in repeated flushes throughout the growing season. Its synonyms include the Russian name "Севастопольская Героиня" and the English form "Sebastopol Heroine".
