Lavender color with rose shading. This rose produces a strong lilac fragrance (hence the name). 24 to 30 petals. Average diameter is 5 cm. Flowers appear in small clusters, but mostly bloom singly. Flowering is abundant, in waves during the season.
Tall, spreading, nearly thornless, upright, well-branched shrub. Medium-sized, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.
Height 60 to 75 cm.
USDA zone 4 to 10b. Suitable for beds and borders, container planting, cuttings, display, or garden use. Vigorous variety. Needs protection from winter frost in colder climates. Heat resistant. Produces ornamental fruit. Disease susceptibility: susceptible to black spot.
