This variety exhibits strong health, vigorous growth, adaptability, and hardiness. Its flowers are small, bright red, with wavy petals. The shrub has a fountain-like, rounded form; shoots often arch under the weight of the flowers. Flowers do not drop but wither on the plant. Pruning is not required, though spent blooms may be trimmed. The foliage is dark, glossy, and resistant to disease. It blooms continuously through summer and autumn.
