March blooms, cool pale lilac with a blue cast. Petals are thin, slightly translucent, with a porcelain-like appearance. Light rose fragrance, low intensity. In unfavourable years, foliage can be susceptible to powdery mildew. The bush has an upright habit, suitable for pairing with pink and white perennials.
