Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. as "R. Rouletii".
Distributed in Switzerland by Henry Corevon in 1920 as "Rouletii".
Color typically carmine pink, fading to light pink. Flowers may be white, pink, or reddish. Lightly fragrant. Average flower diameter 3.5 cm. Blooms are small, double, and flat. Flowers in flushes. Foliage is fine-textured. Height 60 cm.
A recent genetic analysis indicates that 'Rouletii' is genetically identical to 'Old Blush', meaning it is a direct or indirect sport of it.
