Listed as a novelty in the Cordes catalogues 2013. Developed in 1998 under the code KO 98/1457-14, and after 13 years received the name “Rose de Tolbiac” during a naming ceremony at the GARDEN SHOW on 30.07.2012. This rose has large (8–10 cm) nostalgic-style flowers, pastel pink with an apricot tinge, densely brushed, appearing one by one or in brushes. The shoots are stiff, strong, erect, with bright green, glossy foliage. The “father” (breeder) is Thomas Proll. Rose de Tolbiac ® belongs to a new generation of plaited roses and is suitable for decorating walls, arbours, pergolas, etc.
