More information

Flowers are orange-yellow; the outer sides of the petals are orange-reddish with veins. Blooms are large, double, with a strong fruity aroma. Flowering is profuse; buds are borne singly or in threes on long, sturdy stems. This is an autumn rose: in hot weather the flowers open quickly and become loose; a second flush appears in late August, and the plant changes—buds turn bright red on a yellow ground and are pointed at the tip. The shrub is vigorous, upright. Leaves are dark green, glossy. Suitable for group plantings and for cutting.

Flowers are more often solitary on long, sturdy brown shoots. The large, glossy dark green foliage shows high resistance to fungal diseases. The rose blooms from May until frost, with color varying by weather and season. Its fragrance also shifts: at the start of flowering it smells of apricot, and by autumn of peach.
