A hybrid between the species Rosa canina L. and a remontant rose. The breeder aimed to develop a stemmed rootstock with a durable stem and a long life span. The flowers are simple, bright pink with a light center, and have 5 petals. It blooms once. The plant has dark green, glossy leaves. It produces medium-sized red hips; seeds are large and present in small numbers within each fruit. Winter hardiness is lower than that of Rosa canina L. In USDA climate zone 5, winter shelter is required.
