Dark red or cherry, peony-shaped blooms with white, wavy edges carry 17-25 petals; at full openness they reveal a centre of yellow stamens. The flowering shrub in bloom bears light, matt foliage and a balanced height-to-width habit. This variety is susceptible to powdery mildew and rust and therefore requires careful cultural conditions for maintenance.
