More information
This new rose was introduced to mark the centenary of Roald Dahl’s birth. It flowers continuously and abundantly. Red-orange buds open to cup-shaped, medium-sized, peach-coloured blooms. The flowers withstand unfavourable climatic conditions. The rose has a medium-intense tea fragrance with fruity notes. As it matures, it forms a rounded, bushy shrub with small thorns. This variety was named in honour of Roald Dahl to emphasise his love of gardening. The flower colour references characters from his short story “James and the Giant Peach.” A portion of proceeds from sales goes to Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity, which helps seriously ill children.
