More information
Breeder interest in roses adapted for urban sites has recently increased. Such cultivars are expected to combine a set of ornamental and biological traits, including abundant, long flowering, the ability to form a pronounced color accent in plantings, attractive foliage, and resistance to diseases, pests, and adverse urban conditions. This cultivar is one representative of that group.
Plants display glossy, healthy foliage and show strong resistance to diseases and weather fluctuations. Bushes are low and compact, with drooping shoots and medium-green, glossy leaves. These features make it suitable for landscape gardens and for urban landscaping.
Semi-double flowers (9–16 petals) exhibit a bicolor pattern: a creamy center and reverse, with most of the inner petal surface rich pink. Blooms are borne in large clusters that persist on the plant through most of summer and autumn, up to the first frost. Fragrance is weak.
