Rapid-growing floribunda, suitable for cutting. Numerous, large fuchsia-coloured terry roses with a strong fragrance. Dark green foliage is resistant to diseases, including powdery mildew. Young stems are red in colour. Named in honour of the chef of the restaurant of the same name.
