This rose comes to adequately filling the utilitarian purpose of a ‘ground cover’ while bringing to the job the beauty of roses.  Constant rebloom, disease resistant, dense, glossy foliage and cheery fuchsia blooms all season long on a low growing (1-3′) spreading plant. Also will cascade in a hanging pot. Hardy to Z5.  Drought resistant.  Heat tolerant.
