The variety was introduced at the end of 2016 at the initiative of the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office to help build relations between the two countries.
This red rose produces numerous flowers in inflorescences of 5–9, with flowering in waves.
Clusters are dense and well-branched, with disease resistance and winter hardiness.
Buds of deep dark red open into bright, rich red flowers with velvety petals.
