More information
A new family of roses with simple blooms derived from selected lines from Provence by BKN Strobel. The PRETTY® family features blooms that also attract fauna. A characteristic of this group is that their stamens are often more persistent than their petals. During the flowering period, there is a mixture of differently coloured buds, fully opened flowers, and the tall, luminous stamens of young plants. This flowering pattern is rare within roses and defines the PRETTY® group.
These roses combine traits associated with wild roses, including strong flowering and reliable resistance to disease. They are suitable for street landscaping, flowerbeds, and nature-oriented gardens.
This family includes Pretty® Girl (Meikiskou), Pretty® Kiss (Meihadrall), Pretty® Snow (Meilathery), Pretty® Star (Meijecycka), Pretty® Sunrise (Meipelmel), So Pretty® (ADR 2004) (Meidrimple), Sweet Pretty® (Meiguimov) Syn. Astronomia.
Pretty® Kiss is a shrub rose with large, simple, white flowers with a bright red border. Flower diameter up to 12 cm, 4 - 8 petals. The foliage is dark green with reddish shoots. The bush is up to 150 cm high, up to 100 cm wide. Very resistant to diseases. Blooms throughout the season.
