This sport matches its parent in all respects except colouring, which is dense pink in young flowers, becoming lighter with age. Flowers appear in clusters of up to 5, small to medium-sized, lightly scented, on long, flexible shoots. They have about 12 petals, a well-defined center, and become cup-shaped with age. The first flowering is abundant. The variety is suitable for mixed borders and for hedges. The bush is spreading, reaches a medium height, and the foliage is dense, dark green, shiny.
