While its size corresponds to a patio rose, its relatively large blooms place it in the floribunda category. The flowers are lightly scented and double , initially cup-shaped, later flattening. They appear in large numbers on short, upright shoots, producing tomato-red blooms through summer and autumn. The flowers show good tolerance to adverse weather. The shrub is branched, spreading, and of medium height. The foliage is large, dark, glossy; young growth is purple.
