More information
Peter Frankenfeld is a show rose, bearing very large blooms that appear singly on long shoots. The flowers are bright pink, glass-shaped, with long, recurved petals. The bush is vigorous, with large dark foliage. Performs well in hot, dry climates.
The bloom form remains regular even with abundant flowering. Dense pink blooms with a carmine tinge are large, goblet-shaped, with petals bending downward. The fragrance is present. Suitable for exhibition, as the flowers are long-lasting when cut. Flowering continues all summer and autumn. The bush is strong, branched, medium height or taller, and well clothed with disease-resistant dark olive foliage. There is a plaited variety.
