More information
Small, medium-double (26–40 petals) flowers with a strong fragrance; apricot at the half-open stage, then, as they open through a pink tint, becoming almost white; borne in numerous inflorescences; pompon-like shape with petals twisted outward. The foliage is glossy, medium green, and the bush is almost thornless.
The second, older name of the variety indicates it is a close relative of Cécile Brunner. Classically shaped, tiny, elongated buds open into miniature flowers, first apricot, then almost white. Disease resistance is greater than that of Cécile Brunner.
