A pink Hybrid Rugosa. Flowers solitary or in small inflorescences, carmine-pink to cherry-red with lighter margins; semi-double, with yellow anthers; flowers globular, later flat; strong fragrance. Leaves leathery and rugose; spination dense. The shrub is upright, dense, and prickly. Once-blooming, with occasional late-season repeat. Rarely sets seed but can be used as a pollen parent.
