More information

The cultivar takes its name from the French Parc de Maupassant, a site known for optimal conditions for cultivating climbing roses. This rambler is strongly fragrant in bloom. Small, densely petaled double flowers (26–40 petals) are borne in large clusters with up to 20 buds. Mature foliage is dark green and glossy. Young foliage is purple. The plant is vigorous, making the variety suitable for arches, pergolas, fences, and large trellises.
