Papi Delbard, a cultivar named in honor of Georges Delbard, bears very large (12–13 cm) old-style flowers that are so densely petalled they slightly droop, making the centers visible from below. Blooms appear singly or in small clusters on long shoots. The flowers are apricot with a darker base and a creamy reverse to the petals, and they have a fruity fragrance. The bush is disease resistant and reaches 3–4 m.
