Oktjabrskaja Jubilejnaja is a floribunda rose bred in the former USSR by Vera Nikolaevna Klimenko in 1955.

The flowers are cinnabar-red to dark red with a darker, nearly black shading. They are medium-sized, double, with about 17–25 petals, and have a light fragrance. Flowers are borne singly or in clusters (inflorescences).

The bush is medium-sized, and the foliage is dark green. The plant blooms in flushes throughout the growing season.
