Dark-purple, velvety flowers with a lighter satin reverse, medium in size, ranging from semi-double to double, borne in small inflorescences. The flower shape is a flat rosette; at full bloom the center with bright yellow stamens is visible. It blooms once in spring or summer. Buds "mossy". Bush is low, erect. Prefers sunny areas.
