Lavender blooms with a light purple edge to the petals; large, double (terry, 34–45 petals), with a strong, sweet rosehip-and-citrus fragrance; borne mainly singly on shoots or in small inflorescences; a classic, tight bud with a flat center; at full bloom, freely cupped. The bush is upright and prickly, with semi-glossy, medium-green foliage.
