Vigorous and hardy variety; well-branched canes carry fragrant apricot-pink blooms. Copper-yellow buds open to semi-double copper-yellow flowers that fade to yellow and develop a pink tint. Flowers are produced in trusses of 4–6. The shrub is densely foliated, branched, up to 2 m. The foliage is dark green and glossy.
