Initiated by the Rotary Bassano-Castelli association, this variety is dedicated to the Battle of Monte and commemorates battles of the First World War. It has velvety red double flowers with occasional light red striping. The fragrance is light, and flowering repeats until autumn. The foliage is glossy dark green and shows high disease resistance.
