More information

Blooms are 8–10 cm across, in apricot-cream tones. Fragrance is moderate. Flowering is repeat. The foliage is completely resistant to powdery mildew and black spot. The bush grows 100–130 cm tall, typical of scarabs, with slightly arched shoots; very strong and hardy, capable of growing in sites less optimal for roses. It has the ADR-2017 Seal, which is awarded to the most ornamental, healthy and resistant varieties. The rose is named in honour of Matthias Claudius, an 18th century German poet.
