The shrub can be trained as a pleached rose and reaches 2.5–3 m in height. It flowers all summer in trusses, with near-continuous repeat. Buds are yellowish, sometimes showing a pink patina. Fragrance is strong. Foliage is bright green, glossy, and disease-resistant.
