The rose ‘Marija Uljanova’ (synonym: Мария Ульянова) is a pink Hybrid Tea cultivar bred in the former USSR by M. V. Besstchetnowa and K. L. Sushkov in 1960.
The buds are elongated and dark pink. The flowers are pink, cupped, high-centered, and large, reaching up to about 14 cm in diameter. They are double, with about 38–40 petals, and have a moderate fragrance. Flowers are most often borne singly on the stem. Flowering is abundant and extended over time.
The shrub is vigorous and upright, reaching about 1.3 m in height. The leaves are large, dark green, glossy, and leathery. The plant has broad spines of medium density. It is disease-resistant and winter-hardy, and it is suitable for use as a cut flower and in landscape plantings.
