More information
Maribel is a hybrid tea rose with buds that open into large flowers. Appropriate for use as cut flowers. The open blooms are deep apricot-orange with a crimson edge along the petal margins. Later they fade to creamy pink, beginning with the outer petals, which are almost coral at first. A discernible play of color is present, and the petals are large in size, bending outward as they unfurl. The foliage is dark green and glossy, though somewhat susceptible to black spotting. The shrub is stiff, well-branched, fast growing, and remains in bloom until frost.
