More information

Marcel Pagnol is a red hybrid tea rose with a bright, sweet fragrance and is currently among the best-selling roses all over the world. Its flowers are large, blood red, velvety, with buds that retain their shape even in full bloom. They usually appear one at a time, sometimes in clusters of up to 4 on long, strong shoots—suitable for cutting. The fragrance is strong. It reblooms quickly and abundantly and, in hot climates, reaches 1.5m in height, and is commonly grown in garden settings. The foliage is stiff, dark green, glossy, and the shoots are quite prickly.
