Manou Meilland produces cyclamen-colored blooms resembling hybrid tea roses, but borne in clusters of 3–9; over time, the petals develop wavy edges. The foliage is abundant, the plant grows vigorously and quickly, continually forming new flowering stems, yet it never exceeds 1 m in height. The bush spreads laterally with maturity, and the quantity of blooms increases with age.
