‘Mandy’ is a miniature red rose of the Lilliput type, bred by W. Kordes & Sons in Germany in 2000 and introduced there in 2011. It is also identified by the registration code KO 00/0021-03 and the synonym KORexmini.

The plant forms a compact, upright shrub, typically reaching up to 50 cm in height and up to 30 cm in width. The flowers are borne in sprays, have a semi-double to double, cluster-flowered form, and measure about 2.5 cm in diameter. No fragrance has been detected. Flowering occurs repeatedly in flushes throughout the growing season.
