The shrub Mamie Dittiere belongs to the Les Provencelles rose series. The bush is fairly upright; flowers are borne in clusters of 5–7, non-drooping, rain-tolerant, and have a fragrance. The color ranges from salmon-orange to orange-pink, with rosette-shaped blooms and slightly wavy petals. The variety is disease-resistant; buds and flowers withstand rainfall well, and it was chosen to mark the anniversary of Christiane DITTIERE, the mother of the creator of roses.
