A Moss rose; the sepals and pedicels are covered with moss-like glandular growths (worsinks). Saturated pink, flat, double (17–25 petals) blooms are borne singly or in small clusters of 1–3, with a flat rosette form and a pronounced fragrance. Flowering is once-blooming and prolonged. Shrub height up to 5 ft (up to 150 cm). Width up to 3 ft (up to 90 cm).
