Malbork rose (Floribunda, Shrub ‘Malbork’). New introduction from the Poulsen nursery, classified under Garden roses, group: Floribunda. Shrub. Modern “bouquet rose.” Part of the Castle ® Collection. Bred in 2012. Originator: L. Pernille Olesen.

A variety in a nostalgic style. Each stem forms clusters (brushes) of several flowers. Blooms are medium-sized, double, cup-shaped, with 26–40 petals. Color is intensely yellow with an orange cast. Flower diameter is 8–10 cm. Flowers are borne in branched inflorescences. The fragrance is delicate and faint. First flowers appear in June.

Leaves are leathery, dark green, and glossy. The bush is vigorous and compact with an erect habit. Requires little garden space.

Flowering is continuous, with abundant bloom until late autumn. Position: full sun or semi-shade. Suitable for borders and for group plantings in flower beds. Also well-suited to container growing. The variety shows very high disease resistance. Extremely hardy. Plant height: 60–100 cm. Flowering period: June–September.
