More information

Large cup-shaped blooms in lilac-pink, with a paler reverse on the petals. The scent is intense, with herbal and spicy notes, including hints of pepper, jasmine, and rose. Shows high resistance to disease. Forms a dense bush. Can be combined with other roses from the Souvenirs d'Amor series — Comtesse de Segur, Louis Amade.

Large, cup-shaped flowers with many petals at the half-open stage have inner petals that veil the center; as they open, they reveal a cluster of yellow stamens. The scented blooms display a mix of muted pink and lilac shades. The shoots are densely armed with sharp thorns of varied shapes.
