Flowers are fully double (26–40 petals), cup-shaped, rich pink with a paler silver‑pink reverse, borne singly but more often in small clusters (up to 5). The fragrance is strong with a note of bergamot. The shrub is upright, but under the weight of opening buds can collapse.
