A vigorous shrub with dense foliage; double flowers with regularly arranged petals, pink to light pink in color, with a light fragrance. It flowers repeatedly. Bush form. Height: 100 - 120 cm.
Hardy and resistant to rainfall.
Resembles "Louise Odier", but with lighter-colored flowers.

The name of this rose comes from the small river Ouche in the Cote-d'Or (French: Cote-d'Or, literally "Gold Coast")—a department in the east of France.
