This cultivar is a hybrid with the Scottish rose (R. pimpinellifolia), having inherited winter hardiness, a dense bush, small foliage, and small flowers—yet it blooms almost continuously throughout summer. The blossoms are a soft, pure pink and carry a light fragrance.
