‘Little Angel’ (registration name ‘Poulpal038’) is a Floribunda, Mini-Flora rose from the Palace Collection. Flowers are white with a yellow center, with a moderate honey fragrance and up to about 26 petals, forming medium-sized very double blooms in small clusters. Average flower diameter is about 7 cm. The plant flowers in flushes throughout the season and has ovoid buds. The growth habit is bushy and compact, with glossy dark green foliage composed of 5 leaflets. Height and width are both up to about 40 cm. It is suitable for USDA zone 6b and warmer. The rose was bred by Mogens Nyegaard Olesen in Denmark in 2004 and introduced in Denmark by Poulsen Roser A/S in 2010 as ‘Kailani’, and in New Zealand by Rasmussen's Ltd. in 2015 as ‘Little Angel’.
