More information

Lezginka is a salmon-pink grandiflora rose bred by Zinaida Konstantinovna Klimenko in Ukraine in 2005. It has a classical bud that opens to a loose, cup-shaped bloom. The flowers are large, averaging about 10.8 cm (4.25 inches) in diameter, with up to 30 petals, and usually appear singly. They have a mild fragrance.

The plant has an upright, tall growth habit, reaching up to about 150 cm (4 feet 11 inches). The foliage is bronze-green, with young leaves showing a bronze tinge. It flowers repeatedly in flushes throughout the growing season. The name “Lezginka” refers to a traditional Caucasian folk dance.
