A new floribunda with patterned flower coloration. Petals are silvery-white, marked with violet-purple streaks and spots in a combined pattern. Flowers are medium-sized, double (17–25 petals), with a ruffled form, fragrant, and borne in large inflorescences. Flowering is abundant. Shrubs are compact, dense, and densely covered with foliage.
